Deliver Driving (CSA/CDD)

As a Customer Service Agent (CSA) or Customer Delivery Driver (CDD) for Coles Online, you’ll play an essential part in making a difference to your community.

Driving a Coles van, you’ll safely navigate roads and highways to deliver online shopping to our customer’s homes during the day or night.

CSAs and CDDs, what’s the difference?

Video 1 : Meet Anthony

Hi, my name's Anthony, I'm a Customer Service Agent, and i've been doing this job at the company for two years
What do I do? I make sure that my deliveries get out to the customers as quickly and efficently as possible.

A typical day for me is i come in in the morning I vehicle check, I get it started ready for the next drivers, Load the groceries, get ready to go out to deliver to the customer

The best part of my job is working with the team early in the morning, everyone's got each other's back, getting all of the loads ready, there is a little banter between us when it comes to state of origin time.

What surprised me was visiting new areas, new places, it makes me happy being outside and outdoors.

I was leaving one of my drops, saw an elderly gentleman had fallen over, and I jumped out and I help[ed him up and assisted him back in the house and made sure that he was alright.

So my advice, don't be scared, you do get the training, you do get assigned with good drivers, you do get taught all the steps, all you need is to have a driver's license, be over the age of 21 and you're good to go.

The biggest surprise since I started here at the CFC, is that the drivers don’t have to worry about loading their vans, they’re already loaded. They start their shift, they start in drive, delivering to all of our local communities.
