Welcome to Coles
To progress with your employment, you must submit your Personal Details in our myhub Onboarding module within 7 days of receiving your log-in details. This page will provide guidance on each step, and address any questions you may have.
What do I need to do?
Once you have done this, you will be taken directly to your onboarding homepage where you will be required to click the Mandatory Information tile and complete your Personal Details section in full.
After submitting your personal details, you will receive another email within 48 hours which will contain your unique log-in information for the internal team member portals. You can access these portals from your first working day where you will be able to update any of your employee details if required.

1. 'Welcome to Coles!' email
You’ll receive an initial email with the subject line “Welcome to Coles!” and your name.
This email contains all the information you need to complete the next steps.
2. Create your password
Shortly after, you’ll receive another email with the subject line 'Activate your account' which will not be Coles-branded. This contains your personalised one-time use log-in link.
Open the link to review your name and email address, and scroll down to create a password.
3. Log in and submit your details
Once created, you will be logged in directly and will need to click 'Mandatory Information' to provide your Personal Details.
Enter all required information and click 'Submit'.
4. mycoles email
Once you have submitted your personal details, you will receive two emails outlining your login details for our internal platform, mycoles. This may take up to 48 hours.
You can access this platform to complete your learning modules prior to your first day.

Need to come back later?
If you complete part of your personal details but need to come back later, use this link and the password you created in step 2.
Forgot your password? Open the link above and click 'Forgot password' to complete the required steps.

Your username for your Onboarding account is the email address your IAS account activation email has been sent to.

The original link provided is only active for your first log-in. If you need to access to complete your Onboarding, use this link and click 'Forgot password' to receive a password reset email.

To open a private browser on desktop you can press Ctrl + Shift + n
Ensure your mobile number and your emergency contact mobile number is entered in the correct format such as +61412345678
Once you have submitted the last part of your tasks which are your Superannuation details, you will scroll down and see the ‘submit’ button next to the ‘save draft’ button, please click submit to finish your Onboarding tasks.
Submitting your Bank Details
Your bank branch will appear as an option to select in the drop-down list.
Submitting your Tax File
Number (TFN) Details
After your start date, you can update your details in the ‘My Team Member File’ section of myhub, under ‘Payroll Information’.
For further information on Tax File Numbers, please refer to the ATO website.
Submitting your Superannuation (Super) Details
The industry fund may be your default fund if you do not select your own registered
superannuation fund. If there is no ‘change’ option in the form, you will need to accept the default option (REST).
You will need to click on the hyperlink that states ‘Can’t find your Choice Fund?’ underneath the drop-down menu and upload your SMSF’s ATO Letter of Compliance.
Your SMSF will be added to the list and you can make further updates when you commence with us.
After submitting your details
You will be able to update your bank details from your first day via our internal platform, mycoles.
If you wish to update these details, you can complete the forms on your first day via our internal platform, mycoles.
Please access the ‘Next Steps & Help’ tile in myhub, where you can download a reference guide including information about your Onboarding tiles, mycoles login and Learning Hub.
If you don’t see your query there, please contact your manager for further information.
If you will be working in stores, please note that the arrangement of your first shift is handled by store management. You should be expecting a call from the management team to arrange your start date and provide you with the necessary information relating to your induction.
Should you wish to contact a store, phone numbers are available online and on the Coles Website.
You will need to complete and submit your ‘Personal Details’ before you can access other tiles on the homepage.
You will not have access to other tiles applicable to your role such as Learning Hub, mycoles, Team Dress and Availability until you receive your new mycoles login details. These will be sent to you within 48hrs of you submitting your Personal Details, Bank Details, Emergency Contact Details, Tax & Super.
Assistance with mycoles
You will receive two mycoles emails from ‘donotreply@coles.com.au’. One email will contain your username and employee ID and the other email will contain your temporary password.
Please check your spam or junk mail if you cannot locate one or both of these emails. If you cannot find your mycoles emails, please contact the mycoles IT helpdesk on 1300 692 653.
