Submitting your Personal Details

Welcome to #TeamColes! 



To progress with your employment, you must submit your Personal Details in our myhub Onboarding module within 7 days of receiving your log-in details. 

This page will provide guidance on each step, and address any questions you may have.

What do I need to do? 

To access the myhub Onboarding module, you will receive an account activation email from IAS@notifications.sap.com containing a one-time personal link. Click this link and create a password. 


Once you have done this, you will be taken directly to your onboarding homepage where you will be required to click the Mandatory Information tile and complete your Personal Details section in full. 

  

After submitting your personal details, you will receive another email within 48 hours which will contain your unique log-in information for the internal team member portals. You can access these portals from your first working day where you will be able to update any of your employee details if required.

1. 'Welcome to Coles!' email


You’ll receive an initial email with the subject line “Welcome to Coles!” and your name.

This email contains all the information you need to complete the next steps. 

2. Create your password


Shortly after, you’ll receive another email with the subject line 'Activate your account' which will not be Coles-branded. This contains your personalised one-time use log-in link.

Open the link to review your name and email address, and scroll down to create a password.

3. Log in and submit your details


Once created, you will be logged in directly and will need to click 'Mandatory Information' to provide your Personal Details. 

Enter all required information and click 'Submit'.

4. mycoles email



Once you have submitted your personal details, you will receive two emails outlining your login details for our internal platform, mycoles. This may take up to 48 hours.

You can access this platform to complete your learning modules prior to your first day.

Need to come back later?


If you complete part of your personal details but need to come back later, use this link and the password you created in step 2. 

Forgot your password? Open the link above and click 'Forgot password' to complete the required steps.

The password reset link you receive will expire after 2 hours. You will be required to request another password reset link should  your current link expire.
