The team work with all areas of the business, developing and executing sourcing and contracting strategies to deliver sustainable value and innovation to our customers, while reducing cost and risk across our supply base.

Strategy

We’re a big business with big ideas, and our Strategy team helps bring these to life. From the first seeds of an idea to its fruition out in the world, we work on key strategies and multi-team projects. We’re constantly looking ahead at the future of retail, not just to understand how we can get ahead of the competition, but to jump on opportunities to make the customer experience even better.
