The Store Manager Accelerator Program has been created for high potential candidates to accelerate progression into a Store Manager role with Coles. Through a blended learning experience, the program will offer hands-on practical learning through store placements, shadowing opportunities, self -paced and facilitator-led training, mentoring, coaching and social learning.

  • Experience leading a large, high performing team.
  • Experience in a retail environment
  • Be naturally enthusiastic, energetic and at your best when responding at pace.

What does the program include?

This six-month development program allows time for participants to understand Coles and the technical elements of a Store Manager role, including key processes, with supported development from day one!

Peer-to-peer support

A support network consisting of Line Manager, Buddy and the Talent Programs team in addition to having the peer-to-peer support of the other members of the cohort.

Centrally coordinated training and development, including shadowing opportunities from a regional manager and head of store operations, self-paced and facilitator-led training, mentoring and coaching.
