These will redefine the customer experience in online grocery shopping, providing customers with improved availability to fresh products, a broader produce range, and a seamless digital experience.

Interview

You’ll be invited to a group interview, selecting a time that suits you. It’ll take no more than an hour, in which we’ll provide more details about the CFC, give you the opportunity to ask questions and wrap it up with some paperwork.   

Pre-hire checks

You’ll need to provide identification to verify your working rights. For a Customer Delivery Driver (CDD) position, you’ll also need to undergo a police and driver's license check. Simply follow our process when notified.

Outcome

You'll either be offered a role or placed into our candidate pool for the next opportunity.
