Relauncher Program

We are too! Relauncher is a program designed for women with an engineering background who are ready to refresh their skills and relaunch their careers after a break. There's stacks of mentoring, coaching and learning on real projects, and if you successfully complete the program, you'll be offered a permanent role in our digital and tech team.

The Recruitment Process

Application

Submit your application online including details about the type of work you’re looking for and when you can start.

Interview

You'll be invited to an interview, selecting a time that suits you. The interview will run for about an hour giving you a chance to find out more about the program and ask any questions.

Pre-hire checks

You’ll be notified if you’ve been selected for the program or placed in our candidate pool for future opportunities.

If you're offered a spot in the program, you’ll need to provide identification to verify your working rights and complete a police check. Just follow the process when notified.

Outcome

Your induction kicks off on day one. Throughout the program, there’s plenty to learn, and our Talent Programs Team will be in touch to support you along the way.
