Deniz: Someone should join the CFC team because we've got so many opportunities. We're really got a role for everyone.
CJ: We're looking for people to join the team who are passionate about customer service who are excited by the opportunities that we have here. To use technology to deliver customer service in a way that Coles has never been able to before. It's really exciting!
Deniz: Whether your passions being a baker, picking and packing orders, or you want to drive around and deliver those orders to our customers we've got something for you.

Rob: We're looking to recruit over a thousand team members into each of our CFC’s within Coles. From in activities through to decanting, picking, frame loading. and then loading our vans for our outbound deliveries.
