With strong partnerships with over 8,000 Australian suppliers, we operate 3 manufacturing facilities: Chef Fresh in Geelong (VIC), Banksmeadow (NSW), Retail Ready Operations in Erskine Park, and Fresh MilkCo in Laverton and Erskine Park. Together, we produce and supply convenience and fresh meat products and milk to supermarkets across the nation.

Fresh MilkCo
Fresh MilkCo is our milk processing facility, sourcing over 200 million litres directly from Australian dairy farmers each year for our fresh milk products. Our three-litre Coles Brand fresh milk is one of our top-selling items annually.

At Chef Fresh, we offer the ultimate convenience in meal preparation at our two locations in NSW and VIC.
In Banksmeadow, NSW we create convenience meals that are cooked and packaged. You can experience the whole process from ingredients to the dinner table.
