The recruitment process
1. Submit your Expression of Interest
Search and apply for suitable roles, or if there are no jobs in your area complete our Expression of Interest.
2. Walkaround interview & job preview
If shortlisted, you will be invited to an onsite walkaround interview with up to 3 other candidates.
3. Working rights verification
You will need to provide your working rights documents for verification, including proof of identity, and, if required, qualifications, medical assesment, police checks and/or drivers license.
4. Offer acceptance & Onboarding
Once you have received and signed your contract, you'll be required to complete your onboarding details including bank, superannuation and taxation details.
5. Welcome to #TeamColes
Your line manager will be in touch with you to discuss arrangements for your first day.
