Jo: I'm a Coles Services In Charge. I help maintain cleaning standards in the store day-to-day and I help support team leaders like Lauren
Lauren: I'm running 3 stores. Managing the rosters for team members like Jo
Jo: I see a full bay at the end of the day and I see a clean store.
Lauren: The store floor is clean and safe for all team members and our customers every single day here at Coles
Lauren: The biggest surprise is just the fun work environment. We get to work in a great team and we're more than work friends, we're good buddies and we all work together to provide the service to Coles.
Jo: My proudest moment in Coles has been being able to move up, becoming a Services in Charge and being able to turn this job into a career.
Lauren: For me, it's just coming to work every day and working with my team, seeing my team working together and smiling.
Lauren: I would say just do it. We've got a great team environment here who'll help and support you and we all work together and it's a free gym workout!

The recruitment process

1. Submit your Expression of Interest

2. Walkaround interview & job preview

If shortlisted, you will be invited to an onsite walkaround interview with up to 3 other candidates.

3. Working rights verification

You will need to provide your working rights documents for verification, including proof of identity, and, if required, qualifications, medical assesment, police checks and/or drivers license.

4. Offer acceptance & Onboarding

Once you have received and signed your contract, you'll be required to complete your onboarding details including bank, superannuation and taxation details.

5. Welcome to #TeamColes

Your line manager will be in touch with you to discuss arrangements for your first day.
