Hi this is Suman. I'm a Store Manager at Cole’s Pinewood. I’ve been with the company from last 17 years.
As a Store Manager, making sure shops run smoothly and efficiently by managing my team members and inventory and the customer service by giving them a best shopping experience while they are shopping.
My day starts with a morning tour, going through each and every department, acknowledging the team, giving them an extra support if the support is needed and make sure everyone goes home safe by end of the day.
Surprisingly, I was amazed by handling a lot of tasks at the same time from product to people which keeps me on my toes, but I love it. As a part of my role, it's incredibly dynamic and rewarding.
I love working at Coles when I see happy customer faces and happy team members, having a best experience with the customers. It's fun day in, day out. And just to make sure the customers have the best experience while they shop.
Proudest moment will be pretty much every day when you see happy customers and to be myself, you know where I started as a team member; and just in 17 years’ time put me as a Store Manager and talking to you guys it's a proud moment.
