Instead of applying directly to a job at a specific store, you’ll instead submit a single EOI. So when your local Coles needs a team member, if you're a good fit for the position, the system will reach out to you directly. If you're not a good fit, or you don't think the job is right for you, then you'll just go back into the Talent Pool for the next opportunity.
