The corporate recruitment process at Coles begins with an online application, followed by a role fit conversation over the phone. Candidates then progress through a first and second round of interviews. For some roles, an assessment task may also be included.
If you're successful, we'll confirm your working rights, finalise background checks, and issue you a formal offer before guiding you through onboarding.
